China said Saturday it had reached a preliminary trade agreement with the U.S. that includes proposed tariff reductions, following President Donald Trump’s visit to Beijing.
In a statement, China’s commerce ministry said the two sides had agreed in principle to lower tariffs on certain products on an equivalent basis.
