California has launched its “30 by 30” plan in 2020, aiming to conserve 30 percent of the state’s lands and coastal waters by 2030.
Wade Crowfoot, secretary of the California Natural Resources Agency, recently told Siyamak Khorrami, host of The Epoch Times’ “California Insider,” that the purpose of this initiative is to help Californians and nature thrive together.
