Two bills moving through the California Legislature build on prior law that AI chatbots must make disclosures to child users that it is artificial technology and not human.
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (CN) — 16-year-old Adam Raine used a chatbot to help with his homework, get answers about attending medical school and explore his hobbies.
