First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli in Los Angeles said on Friday that election fraud arrests have begun in California. He announced the arrest of a Honduran noncitizen who got on the state’s voter rolls by claiming he was a U.S. citizen.
Darwin Jonathan Rivera Flores was taken into custody and charged with two felonies: unlawfully registering to vote and falsely claiming U.S. citizenship.
