RIVERSIDE, Calif. (CN) — California Attorney General Rob Bonta has sued to stop Riverside County Sheriff — and Republican candidate for governor — Chad Bianco, from conducting a “dubious and amateur” recount of votes casts in last year’s special election in the Southern California county.
