ER Editor: This is a city and region we know very well indeed. In normal times, it was just relaxed and tolerant. But also very ripe for manipulative politicizing by the globalist Left/’woke’ entrapment. People there are very much asleep and need waking up. Be careful of the woke choices you make and the governments you support because they will come back to bite you in the proverbial. That’s the lesson we’re smelling from this.
Property prices have always been high in this region, incidentally. It’s a magnet for Chinese money, legal and otherwise, going back some time. Leadership of Indian bands in Canada is known to be corrupt and on-the-take.
