The interest in First Amendment protections for college students on campus remains rather selective among leftists.
When colleges shut down fraternities and sororities, penalized students who belonged to them, sanctioned them for wearing sombreros on Cinco de Mayo and targeted them for expressing support for Trump or the GOP, or even hanging up a copy of the Bill of Rights, the ACLU, the media and the Democrat federal judges were silent as stones.
