Florida is set to execute a prisoner who said he killed his cellmate so that he could be moved to death row. James Robertson, 63, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and waived all appeals for strangling his cellmate, Frank Hart, in 2008, NBC News reported. Roberts was incarcerated at Charlotte Correctional Institution, and according to court documents, he tied several socks together and strangled Hart while the man slept.
