Dubai International Airport (DXB) has introduced an AI-powered border control system that uses biometric cameras and flight data to clear passengers in six to 14 seconds, according to airport officials. The system debuted last year for business class departures from Terminal 3 and has now been extended to arrivals, the Dubai Media Office said.

The technology allows up to 10 passengers to be processed simultaneously, a development officials said could significantly reduce wait times during peak travel periods.
