A communications student sued the University of Colorado Colorado Springs for negligence after one of his dormmates murdered the other in 2024.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CN) — The University of Colorado Colorado Springs on Monday asked a state judge to grant it immunity from lawsuits filed by the mother of a woman slain in a dorm and the murderer’s surviving dormmate.
