    Glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup, is the most widely used herbicide globally, according to regulatory and industry data.

    Beyond Pesticides, a nonprofit watchdog organization, estimates that 300 million pounds of glyphosate are applied annually to U.S. crops, according to NaturalNews.com [2].
