On Wednesday afternoon, an 11-year-old girl and her 12-year-old brother were robbed of about $50 when two black juvenile suspects armed with a handgun set upon their lemonade stand. The wannabe thugs allegedly joked about Apple Pay as they robbed the children — police estimated the armed suspects were 14 and 11.
