    By Michael Gryboski, Editor Thursday, September 10, 2026The official mugshots for six Vermont-based faith leaders who were arrested on Friday, Sept. 4, 2026 while protesting at a federal immigration facility in Vermont. They include Jessica Derise, 54, of Williston; Rebecca Girrell, 47, of South Burlington; Elizabeth Gleich, 36, of Middlebury; Karen Johnston, 58, of Colchester; Earl Kooperkamp, 69, of Bradford; and Susan McMillan, 65, of Colchester. A seventh faith leader, 78-year-old Catherine Bock of Burlington, was also arrested. | Facebook/Interfaith Alliance

    Seven faith leaders, including multiple Protestant clergy, were arrested when they refused to leave a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office in Vermont when they were protesting last Friday.
