A massive win for President Trump, DHS, ICE and all Americans who support the detention and deportation of illegal aliens. In a 10-7 full panel decision the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that all illegal aliens can be detained while awaiting deportation and/or while their immigration proceedings are carried out. This is a critical ruling by the entire 5th CCA because it grants DHS/ICE the ability to detain all illegal aliens regardless of their length of time in country or developed connections to the U.S.
