Several years back, the Supreme Court ruled that videoing police in public is protected under the First Amendment. Of course, we didn’t need their ruling to determine that. It’s really quite obvious. However, now, the feds, especially those in Immigration and Customs Enforcement want to run around black bagging people and wear masks to make arrests. Sounds a lot like other countries that I know about in trying to keep their identities private, but that should not be the case, especially for victims when they are illegally assaulted and arrested by some of these people. Well, make sure you video them, as it is absolutely your right to do so, and just may protect you in the future.
