Chicago, IL – Unregulated, unlicensed abortion clinics have continued to maim and injure women across the state of Illinois, with the three most recent emergencies taking place in Chicago, where city officials continue to withhold and unreasonably redact public records.
In 2025, alone, Operation Rescue received reports of 21 women injured across eight abortion facilities.
