Infamous woke Democrat New York Gov. Kathy Hochul issued the state’s first proclamation declaring January Muslim American Heritage Month and ordered 16 landmarks, including One World Trade Center, illuminated green to celebrate Muslim Americans’ heritage and culture.
Controversially, the move followed the inauguration of NYC’s first Muslim mayor, Zohran Mamdani, who praised Hochul for recognizing centuries of Muslim contributions. Reacting to the controversial decision, Muslim leaders applauded the inclusivity and resilience acknowledgment post-9/11.
