President Donald Trump signs legislation at the White House Tuesday afternoon that formally ends the partial government shutdown, which began over the weekend.The president’s signature comes just hours after the House sent the legislation, which includes a continuing resolution to keep the Department of Homeland Security funded through Feb. 13, to Trump’s desk.
The House passed the legislation in a bipartisan 217-214 split.
