U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced Tuesday that the United States has collected more than $200 billion in tariff revenue so far this year, which it said sets a record.
In a news release, the agency said that more than 40 executive orders signed by President Donald Trump after he took office in January have led to the heightened tariff collection.
