The government is considering making security cameras in nurseries mandatory after a second case of toddler sexual abuse this year.
LONDON (AFP) — An “evil” U.K. nursery worker who raped and abused 2- and 3-year-olds in his care was jailed for at least 24 years Monday, weeks after another child care worker was imprisoned in a similar case.
