In yet another big win for Americans as the holiday season ratchets up, the Trump Administration announced just days before Christmas that it had managed to pull dozens of illegal truckers off the road in California, confiscating their Commercial Drivers Licenses and arresting them in a bid crack down on a major problem.
As background, Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) launched Operation Highway Sentinel in response to multiple deadly crashes across a number of states involving illegal alien truck drivers licensed in California, with the crashes drawing attention to the fact that California has been illegally licensing truck drivers, many of whom are illegal aliens. That operation came in additino to other crackdowns on illegal truck drivers.
