President Donald Trump took to his Truth Social social media platform to slam the Supreme Court for putting America at risk with its anti-tariff ruling and reveal another win that has been delivered by his tariff regime despite the Supreme Court’s awful, nearly incomprehensible ruling on the issue.
As background, the Supreme Court found many of President Trump’s tariffs unconstitutional in a ruling issued in mid-February, finding that the president did not have the power to impose what it characterized as a tax, and that the tariffs would have to be passed by Congress. The president responded by issuing more tariffs on a different authority.
