President Donald Trump made a brief stop at a “Whataburger” fast food restaurant Friday in Corpus Christi, after he delivered an energy speech to a crowd of supporters earlier in the day. The White House said the president met Texans at the restaurant, including the boss of the venue. He also bought burgers for all the customers, according to White House Communications advisor Margo Martin.
The move comes after Trump famously manned a fryer at a McDonalds in Pennsylvania while he was on the campaign trail in 2024.
