There is disagreement over whether the bombings in Lebanon are covered under the ceasefire agreement. Israel and the U.S. have said they aren’t, but Iran insists they are.
Trump’s call to Netanyahu came after the prime minister said Wednesday that Israel would continue bombing Lebanon. Iranian officials have threatened to end the ceasefire if they continue.
