The Rapid Response 47 account, an official account of the Trump administration, shared an article on Friday alleging that Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., married her brother in an act of immigration fraud.”Yes, [Ilhan Omar] Married Her Brother,” the account posted, along with a link to the Washington Free Beacon article. The article includes a number of documents, including a purported marriage certificate between Omar and Ahmed Nur Said Elmi.
The White House has previously suggested that it could denaturalize American citizens who committed fraud in the naturalization process and Border Czar Tom Homan has confirmed that Washington is investigating the allegations against Omar.
“We’re pulling the records! I’m running it down THIS WEEK!” Homan told Newsmax.
