ER Editor: We have zero idea about Venezuela, but see a lot of media ‘news’ and doubtful questioning of Trump on it. We took our cue from Riccardo Bosi recently when he commented that Venezuela was where election interference had been coming from (although its tentacles spread out much further). A reminder of EO 13848, first passed by Trump way back in September 2018, which deals with that very topic. Everything was anticipated.
Bosi also said, wisely, that if we’re being allowed to talk about it in the media, then Venezuela’s already been dealt with, and is being used as a media distraction while something else goes down. Which makes sense to us, and has done all along.
We recommend dipping into all links in the article below. It paints a very interesting picture of an orchestrated, global attack on US elections, but likely elections elsewhere. We don’t know what the merit of Luongo’s take is, but he’s an intelligent man (who probably doesn’t know about Trump’s executive orders that have been shaping events over a few years).
