A man remains in stable condition after being shot by Baltimore police officers who said he charged at them with his vehicle during a narcotics-related incident Tuesday night, according to city officials.
The shooting occurred around 8:15 p.m. in the 1200 block of Division Street. Baltimore Police Department officials said officers initially responded to the area for a narcotics call when the encounter unfolded.
