Valerie Perrine, the Oscar-nominated actress who starred in “Superman” and delivered a critically acclaimed performance in “Lenny,” has died at age 82 after a years-long battle with Parkinson’s disease.
The news was confirmed on March 23 by filmmaker Stacey Souther, who directed the documentary “Valerie,” in a statement shared to her Instagram and Perrine’s Facebook account.We had a problem loading this article.
