For the past few years, California, Minnesota, Washington State, Massachusetts and Maryland have been among the top states in Socialist crazy. It’s almost as if they were competing with each other to see who could drive their states into debt faster, who could implement insane laws against public safety quicker, and who could assure themselves as the ultimate example of corruption and fraud more completely.
