Spanish Defense Minister Margarita Robles said Monday his country had barred U.S. planes from using its airspace in the Iran war.Robles’ statement came after Spain said the U.S. could not use jointly operated military bases in the country in relation to the war, according to the Associated Press.

He also said he thinks everyone knows Spain’s position on the war.
“It’s very clear,” Robles said, “profoundly illegal and profoundly unjust.”
