Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) had harsh words for the European Union (EU) and its recent unsuccessful attempt to force free speech limits on the X social media platform in the name of “European Democracy.”
Monday morning, in a post on X, Lee described the EU’s version of democracy as “an arrogant bureaucratic regime” which he says is enabling “an illegal immigration invasion against the will of Europeans while limiting their freedom of speech.”
