Self-identified Antifa member arrested in Minnesota after allegedly threatening ICE agents

The Justice Department said Thursday that a Minnesota man who self-identifies as a member of Antifa has been arrested on federal threat and cyberstalking charges related to threats he allegedly made against Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers.The man has been identified as 37-year-old Kyle Wagner, who allegedly opposed ICE operations in Minneapolis, where two demonstrators were killed in clashes with federal officers. 
According to a criminal complaint, Wagner escalated his opposition to ICE by repeatedly encouraging his followers on social media to forcibly confront, assault, impede, oppose, and resist federal officers.
“This man allegedly doxxed and called for the murder of law enforcement officers, encouraged bloodshed in the streets, and proudly claimed affiliation with the terrorist organization Antifa before going on the run,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement.
“Today’s arrest illustrates that you cannot run, you cannot hide, and you cannot evade our federal agents: if you come for law enforcement, the Trump Administration will come for you,” she added.
The Justice Department said the arrest and subsequent charges are part of Operation Take Back America, which uses department resources to crack down on illegal immigration and eliminate cartels and transnational criminal organizations.
