Opponents of the plan claim that the city violated the California Environmental Quality Act by approving an overhaul of local zoning laws without analyzing its environmental impacts.
(CN) — A coalition of San Francisco neighborhood, business and civic organizations on Friday sued the city over its adoption of the Family Zoning Plan last month that will allow for construction of taller and denser housing developments across the city’s north and west sides.
