Canada announced it is building an international coalition of like-minded countries while deliberately excluding the United States to reduce its economic and strategic reliance on Washington.
It’s an absurd move, but Mr. Carney is a globalist. He is allegedly angry about tariffs, but the deal was fair. He walked away because he isn’t serious. He is forming a coalition with Europe and apparently China. He thinks they can all take Trump and the USA on and win.
