Pending home sales across America experienced a 9.3 percent decline from November to December 2025.
In its Jan. 21 pending home sales report, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) indicated last month’s numbers also represented a 3 percent year-over-year decrease in pending sales.We had a problem loading this article.
