Pro-abortion Oregon lawmakers on Friday passed House Bill 4127 to require the Oregon Health Authority to adopt a mechanism to fund the state’s Planned Parenthood facilities on an ongoing basis using Oregonians’ tax dollars.
Democrats in the Oregon Senate approved HB 4127 on March 6 following a vote by House Democrats to advance the bill the day before. All Republicans in both chambers voted against the measure, expressing strong opposition.
