Family members of a late neurologist are suing a New York City hotel for negligence after its staff waited 25 minutes to call 911 at their request.
ALBANY, N.Y. (CN) — New York’s top court pressed the operators of a Manhattan hotel on Thursday for its supposed failure to intervene in the 2017 suicide of Nebraska neurologist Noah Beadell, who leaped from the 11th floor of the TRYP Hotel in Midtown amid a mental health crisis.
