Twin brothers were arrested Tuesday and charged with making terroristic death threats to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin.
The brothers, Ricardo Antonio Roman-Flores and Emilio Roman-Flores of New Jersey, allegedly threatened on social media, not only to torture and kill McLaughlin, but to also to shoot U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents “on sight.” One of the brothers has been charged with unlawful possession of a weapon.
