The National Republican Senatorial Committee on Friday announced that it raised $88 million in 2025, ahead of the midterm elections this year.Last year was the NRSC’s best off-year fundraising haul since 2021, with nearly $20 million in the bank, The Hill reported.
“We’re raising record amounts of money, building an all-star team, and delivering on Trump’s agenda,” NRSC Chairman Sen. Tim Scott said in a statement.
“That off-year foundation will be the difference in winning this November. 2025 was an incredible year, but now is the time to put those resources to work to defend our Senate Majority. We’re just getting started!”
The NRSC started off 2025 with around $3 million cash on hand, according to Federal Election Commission filings. The GOP Senate campaign arms said it paid off more than $26 million in debt and bills from its successful campaign to win control of the upper chamber in 2024.
This year, Republicans are looking to hold onto control of the Senate, where they have a 53-47 majority over Democrats.
