Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison (D) claimed Monday that an anti-ICE mob’s disruption of a church service was a protected “First Amendment activity” and that there are no federal grounds for prosecuting them.
The agitators, led by local Black Lives Matter activist Nekima Armstrong, entered Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota on Sunday chanting long discredited BLM slogans like ‘hands up, don’t shoot’ and aggressively harassing churchgoers. David Easterwood, a pastor at the church, had been identified by the agitators as the acting field director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
