Posting on Truth Social and sounding off on the situation in Colorado in a fiery post on Truth Social that came on Wednesday, December 31, the last day of 2025, President Donald Trump went scorched earth on Colorado Gov. Jared Polis (D) and Mesa County District Attorney Dan Rubinstein.
In the post, Trump called Rubinstein a “RINO” and declared that both he and the woke governor of Colorado should “rot in hell” for their incarceration of former election clerk Tina Peters, who exposed what she alleged was voter fraud, and was viciously attacked in a lawfare campaign for it.
