A Benjamin Franklin High School student died Wednesday after a classmate beat him and he went over a fourth-floor railing, leaving campus locked down with no charges announced.
The New York Post reported that the fatal fall happened around 1 p.m. at the Highland Park campus, a four-story building where an outdoor hallway became the scene of a sudden assault and its deadly aftermath.
