ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel wants all of the benefits that come with the ability to talk about politics on a nationally televised show without any of the ethics or responsibility that comes with it. On Tuesday, Kimmel declared that Renee Good was “murdered in Minneapolis” despite there being no charges filed against ICE agent Jonathan Ross, let alone a conviction.
Kimmel made his remarks while introducing a clip of President Trump at that day’s White House press conference, “Trump also for the first time expressed a measure of sympathy for Renee Good, the woman who was murdered in Minneapolis. He now concedes that her death was a tragedy but not necessarily for the reason you might hope.”
