Kamala Harris recently appeared on the ‘Rich Little Broke Girls’ podcast and at one point was handing out dating advice for young women when she launched into her trademark crazy cackle.
Her dating advice is about as coherent as any of her word salads on any other topic and her laugh is as goofy as ever.
