WILMINGTON, Del. (CN) — Caleb “Kai” McGillvary — better known as the “Kai the Hatchet Wielding Hitchhiker” from a 2013 viral news clip — can’t sue a content creator for attempting to psychoanalyze him in a YouTube video, a Delaware judge ruled on Wednesday.
