Iran’s Revolutionary Guard warned Sunday that any military vessels approaching the Strait of Hormuz would be viewed as a breach of the two-week ceasefire with the United States and would face a forceful response.President Trump has ordered a naval blockade of ships going to and from the Strait of Hormuz.
Iranian state media reported that the Guards said the strategic waterway is under the control and “smart management” of Iran’s Navy.
They also said that the strait remains open to non-military shipping, provided vessels comply with established regulations for safe passage.
