Two illegal aliens committed murder in Fairfax, Virginia, a sanctuary county. They will only serve five years in prison for a premeditated murder. They faced forty years in prison, but Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano’s office offered them a great plea deal. They took it.
Descano’s Office offered Maldin Anibal Guzman and Wis Alonso Sorto-Portillo a plea deal that included a 25-year sentence. But they will only be required to serve five of those years, including credit for time served. Meaning the men will be out in 2029.
