Federal immigration authorities announced they have arrested more than 650 people who were in the United States illegally during a two-week enforcement operation across West Virginia, officials announced Saturday. The operation, conducted from Jan. 5 to Jan. 19, involved U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers working with state and local law enforcement partners in multiple communities, including Charleston, Martinsburg, Beckley, Moorefield, Morgantown and Huntington.
