Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley on Tuesday released two subpoenas from former special counsel Jack Smith of now-FBI Director Kash Patel’s phone records from Arctic Frost.The records were released ahead of a hearing by the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Federal Courts, Oversight, Agency Action and Federal Rights at 10:15 am ET on Tuesday.
In Grassley’s prepared opening remarks for the hearing, he said, “The records include a wish list created by Smith’s team naming 14 members of Congress for whom they wanted to seek tolling data. Some of those members are senators on this very Committee.”
