Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is on her way out of office, as she decided against running yet again in this midterm cycle, yet the American people have not forgotten her alleged corruption via insider trading, and some members of Congress are still working for their constituents by trying to get justice. Yet further, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) of Florida revealed that he is working to go after Congressional corruption as well.
As a reminder, Rep. Pelosi has been accused by many of feeding insider information she has garnered thanks to her high-ranking position inside Congress to her husband, Paul Pelosi, who has used it to rack up impressive stock trading gains, with some even claiming the Pelosi family has scored $130 million in gains from the alleged corruption. Attempts to deal with Pelosi and like alleged corruption have generally gone nowhere.
